 FreeBSD src repository

 Modified files:
   sys/netinet tcp_subr.c
 Log:
Add a sysctl net.inet.tcp.nolocaltimewait that allows to suppress
creating a compress TIME WAIT states, if both connection endpoints
 are local. Default is off.

Does this change restore non-compressed TIME_WAIT sockets for local connections, or does it stop creating TIME_WAIT sockets entirely in that case? It's unclear from your wording.
