If people see a reason for this, and want to take the battle, fine with me.

Given what RELENG_7 has been through already, I'm not going to throw
this particular nit under the wheel, in particular since I still
don't know if the change (via the sendfile SF_SYNC it enables) makes
any difference at all for the Varnish HTTP accellerator which drove
this change.
