I'm a -1 on this one. As you can see in the present code, we very rarely
hide cmdline options depending on their presence and I don't think this
is a good time to start doing that. curl the tool should mostly strive
to figure out such things run-time to make it as independent of the
particular libcurl version it was built together with.
I have already assumed that, I can issue trash that commit and make it
runtime-aware.
