I don't use IE 6 any more, but I have a few suggestions:
1) Are you sure this is a CSS problem? That is, does it appear even when
you switch CSS support off (e.g. by removing all CSS code and references
from a test copy).
2) Validate the markup. There are 32 markup errors, and some of them
look like potential causes of rendering problems.
3) Then check the CSS code using the W3C CSS Validator.
