It's "More IE weirdness" :-)

Adding...

.pic {overflow-x: hidden;}

...will fix it by "killing" IE6' "auto-expansion bug".

The addition of...

.pic ul {padding: 0!important;}

...will correct the title and probably remove the cause for
"auto-expansion".
