It almost seems to be a redraw problem: In Opera I see #nav rendered
too wide, but as soon as I apply the debug with outlines stylesheet it
corrects itself.
Applying a Holly hack to #topnavigation would fix the IE problem, but
probably only as far as making it the same as Moz and Opera.

Is there *anything* different within #topnavigation on the contact page?
