Yeah, I noticed something similar while casting about for a fix with
my Firefox web developer toolbar.  It's hard to debug something when
your debugging tool makes the problem go away.  ;)

I'll try that when I'm back at work and see if it affords any new insight.

Nope, sure isn't.  All the pages include the navigation from the same place.
