I played with it a bit when I got home last night. If I set no filters it
gave me about 700 servers. Set some filters, remove password protected,
look in my regions and show only VAC protected servers it just returned the
same 700 servers minus about 200 that didn't match my criteria.

So setting filters doesn't even seem to expand the search range or pull
different results. And yes I did refresh the list once I set the filters. I
didn't just let it exclude the list that had already been fetched.
