Also we obtained an independent experts' decision on the schemes of blind
digital signature used in PayCash payment system. The examination was done
for the purpose of algorithms used in the system verification, as well as
patentability judgment. To accomplish such an expertise Bruce Schneier* the
President of Counterpane Systems Company was invited. The basic topics of
