Ceph version tested with barclamp-ceph for branches
release/pebbles/master and release/roxy/master is Bobtail 0.56.6

Yes, I tried all this actions and everything works fine with pushing,
pulling and merging. Problem is only with website tool on github.com
https://github.com/crowbar/barclamp-ceph/compare

Please try compare some different branches in different forks for
example:
  https://github.com/SUSE-Cloud/barclamp-ceph/ release/roxy/master
  https://github.com/crowbar/barclamp-ceph/ release/pebbles/master

Victor will have this same problem with master branch with creating new
pull requests to this repo.

I hope that above example will help you.

Have a nice day and thank you for help,
