Cherry pick bug fixes into Pebbles for 2 Dell release branches. When do you estimate we will reach 8? It's really a pain for us to be waiting; it makes it difficult for us to work on making the OpenStack barclamps behave correctly on SLES. For instance, if we want to play with the cinder barclamp, we need to take the keystone/glance/cinder database pull requests (and I'm fine with this -- I understand we need to switch all barclamps at the same time), then possibly additional pull requests that make keystone and glance work on SLES, and then we can do stuff on cinder. (Imagine it goes for nova ;-)) This might be a stupid question, but why not create the Dell OpenStack branch now, and cherry-pick database + Victor's patches when they land in the community branch? Cheers, Vincent -- Les gens heureux ne sont pas pressés. _______________________________________________ Crowbar mailing list Crowbar@dell.com https://lists.us.dell.com/mailman/listinfo/crowbar For more information: http://crowbar.github.com/ _______________________________________________ Crowbar mailing list Crowbar@dell.com https://lists.us.dell.com/mailman/listinfo/crowbar For more information: http://crowbar.github.com/
