test/jdk/tools/launcher/ExecutionEnvironment.java line 26:

So FYI that `@bug` lists product bug and is usually not expanded for test only 
changes (see https://openjdk.org/guide/#jtreg). So I don't think the `@bug` 
need to be updated here.
