src/java.base/share/classes/jdk/internal/foreign/CaptureStateUtil.java line 121:

Suggestion:

            return obj instanceof BasicKey that
                    && returnType.equals(that.returnType)
                    && stateName.equals(that.stateName);

In the JDK source code, the operator && is placed in front in most cases.
