Thanks for going through this process; since there is no actual impact on all of source/target/behavioral compatibility you can uncheck all those. I have reviewed the CSR; you can finalize it now. After CSRs are finalized, the CSR lead (currently Joe Darcy) checks periodically and review the CSRs.
