Now in the same directory beside the three files e.g. libjli.a BUILD_LIBJLI_run_ar.cmdline BUILD_LIBJLI_run_ar I also get libjli.a.exp _generate_export_list_libjli.a_exec.cmdline _generate_export_list_libjli.a_exec So I think point 3 of the PR description is solved, although I find the name `_generate_export_list_libjli.a_exec` a little bit to long. The next point to work on is No. 2 of the PR description (3 `dladdr()` implementations spread over the code).
