The `./support/static-native/launcher/java.debuginfo` works. I can use it in `gdb` to step through code. I haven't specifically looked into how `java.debuginfo` is copied for normal `images/jdk/bin/java`. It's better to handle the `java.debuginfo` for `images/static-jdk/bin/java` the same. As a related note, with `--with-native-debug-symbols`, I believe there is no external `.debuginfo` file.
