Wix 4 looks pretty different was my concern. The dotnet install put into my 
user directory in a .dotnet directory. .dotnet\tool\wix or something pretty 
close to that. I had to add that to path. There didn’t appear to be any 
accompanying candle or light exe’s that jpackage seemed to expect. Assuming you 
are going to sometime have to support Wix v4 it might be worth looking at.
