An alternative is to extend `ClassDesc::of` to accept the name of primitive
types:
ClassDesc.of("int").resolveConstantDesc(MethodHandles.publicLookup());
equivalent to:
ClassDesc.ofDescriptor("I").resolveConstantDesc(MethodHandles.publicLookup());
