Looks like a good set of improvements for throughput cases. 

For the future I think we should probably add something that measures 
startup/warmup overheads of the classfile API, since it's likely that usage 
pattern in many applications will be heavy during bootstrap and then subside 
(similar to how ASM usage can be startup sensitive but will then disappear from 
sight once an application is up and running)

`MethodTypeDesc::parameterList` copies the internal `ClassDesc[]`, so 
desugaring loop from `0` to `mdesc.parameterCount()` might be a small 
improvement for this and a few other cases.
