As far as I know, Apple doesn't provide public access to these issues.
Only the reporters seem to have access to those. I have seen some text
in their docs which suggests that there might be a way to share issues
with your team, but I don't know what the process is or what a "team"
means.
Anyway, you aren't missing anything on that issue - there's hasn't been
any replies to it. I am the only one who is commenting there asking for
their team to help us understand what the issue is and what/when the fix
could come in. Through other channels, I have been assured that the
issue has landed up with the right team and they will look into it.
