I am going to agree with BM on this but also, take the card out of the system completely. For the following steps make sure you do not have any USB keyboards or MICE hooked up, make sure they are PS/2
Anyways... in your device manager I want you to uninstall EVERY usb device and card and hub and EVERYTHING from your system. Restart your system and watch the crap get reinstalled...
