Certain programs are very nice to use with everyday life but some can be worse then what they seem....
C:\Program Files\Weather Watcher\ww.exe Weather Watcher, yet another weather program that is running in the system tray, I would uninstall this and just check weather.com when you need weather information, any program that is constantly connecting to a server is opening ports and communication to and from your computer that could cause harmful attacks and spyware. C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_07\bin\jusched.exe This isn't spyware and isn't a virus, just pesky in my opinion. STEPS: start >> run >> regedit >> HKEY Local Machine >> Software >> Microsoft >> Windows >> Currentversion >> Run inside run find the jusched.exe and delete the key and exit. Java constantly checks for updates and slows your system down. If you need a java update then the program that actually needs it will let you know. C:\Program Files\shup\shup.exe Shup.exe could be two different things, one it could be a malware program or two it could be a "desktop enhancer" either way both ExE files have built in communication and can cause system hangs and possible attacks: The Process is packed and/or encrypted using a software packing process Can make outbound communication to other computers, IM chat rooms and other services using IRC protocols I would recommend uninstalling Shup and weather, and also getting rid of the java update, this should help a bit. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Computer Tech Support" group.
