Was NOD able to clean the infected files?  From the Hijack log, I
don't see anything outstanding you should worry about except for maybe
the weather checker (ww.exe).  Sometimes those things are coupled with
spyware.

Are you familiar with Autoruns?  That's what I use with Hijack to tell
exactly what is running.
