The CGOS server has been swamped with disk activity and really needs a re-design. However I made some drastic cleanups and you might notice some signficant changes. It's possible also that I screwed up something as I was working with command line sql statements.
Basically, what I did was purge the system of all data before 2011. This includes any login accounts where the user has not logged in since 2011 - and all games played before then. This will probably have a major effect on the rating system too, as the bayes calculation will not have any data on games played before then for long term players such as gnugo-3.7.1 and perhaps others. The last time I did a similar cleanup the server was much more responsive. So hopefully this will be a nice benefit and our server host will stop complaining about disk activity. Don
