I noticed that it happens sometimes that my set of bots (,v) go into a
similar "overloaded" state. What's happening for me is that all
internet connections time out until I kill the bots. I don't start
them manually, maybe there's someone else using ,v or the scripts go
wacky? It happens erratically.
