What do you think of the contents?

Fascinating. Almost entirely irrelevant to the processes of winning games of either human Go or computer Go.

Pages 1-111 are about small tedomari, analysed using combinatorial game theory (CGT). Appendices A and B, pages 113-168, compare rule sets. Appendices C and D, pages 169-188, give tedomari problems, and their solutions using CGT. Appendix E, pages 189-206, gives the CGT values of some positions. Then there is a glossary and a bibliography.
