I have no access to the 19x19 server, but the all time list is set of
scripts based on having access to the cgos database, so it could be done
pretty easily with 19x19. I could make an all time list if Olivier
could ftp the current database state to my ftp server.

Your table is very "believable" to me but I'm not expert on matching ELO
to kyu/dan but the ELO spread seems pretty realistic. It also implies
that even with the wonderful scalability of UCT we won't be seeing
really strong programs for a very long time unless the software
improves. If Moores law continues to hold, we might see some pretty
powerful programs in several years.
