Take a look at myCtest-10k-UCT (using 50) and myCtest-V-0007 (using 10) on CGOS. My understanding is that they are otherwise identical. I see the former won 20 games and the latter won 8 games in head-to-head matches. Maybe it's just noise, but that and other myCtest variants that I could find info about convinced me to use 50 for the time being.
