Note that there's some major competition going on that week.  If you
compete, you're a "player".  If you don't compete, you're a "non-player".
The term has nothing to do with your go skill/interest.

They had some kind of daily rate in the FAQ at one point in time (after I
e-mailed asking about it).  I don't see it anymore.
