It happens to me very frequently. When I use 'ctl+alt+arrows' to switch between workspaces, it can happen. The probability of crash goes higher e.g. when I have a chrome page open and watching a youtub in fullscreen.
my details: Linux vostro 3.16.0-60-generic #80~14.04.1-Ubuntu unity 7.2.6 Compiz 0.9.11.3 I tried to downgrade and upgrade my nvidia driver, but it does not make any difference.
