So I'm affected too. On a Dell Inspiron 640m with Intel hardware (processor/chipset/video). Seems to happen most while using Chrome, on Natty 64 bit. It happens completely irregularly and is not reproducable until now. It happens mostly when I'm using a lot programs at the same time.
The strange thing however, is that it only happened on my own profile.
