Review Comment:
   I'm not finding any really concerning sharp edges with co-existance. Only 
points really are that declarative `traversalSources` will overwrite any added 
from groovy scripts, and the YAML-based lifecycle hooks run before the groovy 
ones. I've added this to the reference docs.
