As promised, the exact-head CI run has now completed: fork Build 41568689622 is cancelled and Apache Build is TIMED_OUT. The collected per-job results contain 39 cancelled jobs and no failed assertion; they do not establish a source failure or complete runtime acceptance. Please check for an active retry, then rerun the required cancelled lanes and retain their stage durations if timeout recurs. No specific upstream code fix has been established, so sync alone is not a supported remedy. My existing source conclusion is clear; independent approval remains required.
