The CI fact cited previously has changed: Apache PR signal and Build are now green on the already-reviewed head; the earlier missing adopted-check statement is obsolete. The prior source review cleared the catalog-to-converter IT and invariant-comment requests. No new source commit or sync is requested; my technical approval stands and effective maintainer approval remains separate. This is a current-gate clarification on an unchanged head, not another full source review. No local runtime testing was performed.
