The remaining requested items are addressed on the current head `3facc74b`: - `a3233e34` updates `JdbcPostgresIT` to obtain the target schema through `PostgresCatalog` before binding, covering the production catalog-to-converter boundary. - The same commit documents the `PgIdentifier` token invariant. - `3facc74b` aligns the assertion with PostgreSQL `format_type` output for an identifier that does not require quotes.
