The exact failing source is fork commit
`91d1078a3790cf0bcdfbda5cd235c28ec8a95219`, used by [run
39772122616](https://github.com/hutiefang76/seatunnel/actions/runs/39772122616):

   - [The five latest-stop test entry
points](https://github.com/hutiefang76/seatunnel/blob/91d1078a3790cf0bcdfbda5cd235c28ec8a95219/seatunnel-e2e/seatunnel-connector-v2-e2e/connector-cdc-mysql-e2e/src/test/java/org/apache/seatunnel/connectors/seatunnel/cdc/mysql/MysqlCDCStopModeSpecificIT.java#L312-L337),
 including `testMysqlCdcInitialStartupWithLatestStop`.
   - [The helper
ordering](https://github.com/hutiefang76/seatunnel/blob/91d1078a3790cf0bcdfbda5cd235c28ec8a95219/seatunnel-e2e/seatunnel-connector-v2-e2e/connector-cdc-mysql-e2e/src/test/java/org/apache/seatunnel/connectors/seatunnel/cdc/mysql/MysqlCDCStopModeSpecificIT.java#L441-L454):
the 60-second final-value assertion precedes the wait for `FINISHED` and the
job exit check.
   - [The
configuration](https://github.com/hutiefang76/seatunnel/blob/91d1078a3790cf0bcdfbda5cd235c28ec8a95219/seatunnel-e2e/seatunnel-connector-v2-e2e/connector-cdc-mysql-e2e/src/test/resources/mysqlcdc_stop_mode_latest.conf#L32-L40):
 `startup.mode=${startup_mode}`, `stop.mode=latest`, `snapshot.split.size=20`.

   The [MySQL JDK 17 job
log](https://github.com/hutiefang76/seatunnel/actions/runs/39772122616/job/120703047205)
reports 141 tests, zero failures and one error: the initial/latest-stop case
timed out expecting `latest-stop` while reading `bulk`. The [uploaded
Surefire/Failsafe
reports](https://github.com/hutiefang76/seatunnel/actions/runs/39772122616/artifacts/12467842508)
are linked here for inspection. This is the existing October 22 execution,
re-read today, rather than a new reproduction.

Reordered integration validation is still incomplete. The ordering
explanation remains a hypothesis, not evidence of product CDC data loss.
