+1 to @nzw921rx's request: GitHub currently reports actual merge conflicts with `dev` on head `33810987ae56e7df7de59f589073988a49311bde`. Please sync the latest `dev`, resolve the documentation conflicts while keeping both sets of intended corrections, and push the resolved head. My previous documentation review found no source blocker, but its statement that fork CI was the only remaining gate is now incomplete: the merge conflict is an independent blocker. The required [Build](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/runs/117646815767) also still needs a detected fork workflow run for the resulting head. This is a merge/CI follow-up, not a new code review.
