There is no new code in this exchange, so my earlier source-level conclusion remains unchanged; this reply does not claim a fresh run or full rereview. @SEZ9 can use those pointers for the independent recheck. The upstream CI dependency has not changed: #12875 is still open, so the fix for #12874 is not in current `dev`. Your plan to sync after that fix lands and rerun the failed jobs is the right sequence; syncing before it lands will not clear the known JDBC completeness assertion.
