Classification: A / Zeta REST submit-job request-body parsing. I confirmed the ordering problem on current `dev`: `SubmitJobServlet` calls `getParameterMap()` before `requestBody()`. For a form-encoded request, Jetty can consume the body while parsing parameters, leaving `getReader()` in the `STREAMED` state. #12921 is the sole focused implementation lane. Reading `/submit-job` options from the query string only is the right boundary: body content is the job definition, not a form parameter bag. Please retain normal URL decoding and repeated-key behavior for the query string, and prove that HOCON, SQL, and JSON bodies work with curl's default content type as well as explicit plain/JSON content types. Do not widen unrelated servlet parameter handling. Continue in #12921. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
