Pushed merge commit `05d858e7858` (current `dev` into your branch),
@fallintoplace, so the PR is no longer conflicting. The only conflicts were in
`docs/en|zh/introduction/concepts/incompatible-changes.md`, where `dev` added
the AMAZON-embedding retry entry at the same place as this PR's EXTRACT entry;
both entries are kept. The code diff (`DateTimeFunction`, `ZetaSQLFunction`,
tests and docs) is unchanged from the head I reviewed as ready from the source
side.
For context: #11933, the replacement PR that was opened for this fix, was
closed on 2026-08-22 without merging, and `dev` still has the `(int)` cast on
the `EPOCH` branches, so this PR remains the live fix for the issue.
Your fork did not create a Build run for this push; if none appears, please
start one from the Actions tab ("Run workflow" on Build). I started a
