I agree with the current re-review: `056524ee04dff75ae38ad78d9194909776a90fc4` only adjusts Oracle test startup timeouts, so it does not resolve the remaining source-level F5–F8 items. Before merge, please address the composite-key encoding and value normalization, document the upgrade/`partition_column` behavior, and retain a clear fixed-split guard for multi-column keys with focused tests.
