@goutamadwant thanks for assembling the tracker. Before the description is
updated, a few adjustments to the table:

   - **Couchbase source** and **CockroachDB JDBC integration**: the earlier
claims did not produce an implementation PR within the tracker's four-week
window, so those lanes are no longer reserved. Please change both from "Pending
— claimed" to open lanes. Once the CockroachDB `connector-jdbc` dialect PR and
the separate Couchbase source feature issue exist and are linked back here,
they can be recorded as the implementation lanes.
   - **Amazon DocumentDB sink**: keep as pending, but state explicitly that the
blocker is the compatibility matrix for the existing MongoDB sink against a
real DocumentDB-compatible TLS endpoint (current sink options and driver
version, CA/hostname/auth behavior, where the failure sits, and what the
DocumentDB source does differently). No implementation PR until that evidence
is posted.
   - For the Cosmos DB, Sybase and Ingres sink gaps, leave ownership blank
unless someone confirms it in this thread.
   - Please keep the "Open gap = implementation missing, not necessarily
unclaimed" note; it avoids ambiguity with stale claims.
   - If you learn of any unlinked PRs while coordinating, drop the links here
rather than editing the table silently so the history stays reviewable.

Could you post a revised table with these changes so the description can be
updated in one pass?
