Gentle bump on the oldest of this batch (open since February) — it's code-complete and both @DanielLeens and @SEZ9 signed off on the source review, so nothing technical is outstanding. It's held purely on procedure: the `dev` ruleset needs an approving review from an account with **write access**, which the contributor approvals don't satisfy.
