Status bump, with one honest caveat: unlike its sibling PRs, this one's `Build` is red in `mysql-cdc-connector-it (8 and 11)` — the exact lanes this test drives — so it isn't merely waiting on a re-run. I'm going to confirm whether that's a real failure in the new fixture or a flake before asking anyone to look at it. Separately, same as the rest of the batch: the `dev` ruleset needs an approving review from an account with **write access** before it can merge.
