URL: https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/12420

   ## Summary

   - Add a backward-compatible cancellation hook to source readers and
propagate task cancellation through the Zeta source lifecycle.
   - Cancel the active JDBC Statement and close the associated JDBC resources
when a JDBC source query is in flight.
   - Add a MySQL end-to-end test that cancels a job while the JDBC source is
blocked by an in-flight query.

   ## Implementation details

The engine now invokes task cancellation asynchronously before interrupting
task futures. The JDBC input format tracks the active Statement and Connection,
calls Statement.cancel(), and closes the Statement and Connection as a
fallback. Existing transaction cleanup and normal close behavior remain
unchanged.

   ## Validation

   - JdbcInputFormatTest: 12 tests passed.
   - Focused API, Zeta Engine Server, and JDBC connector verify: passed with
tests skipped.
   - JDBC E2E test sources: compiled successfully.
   - Full JDBC E2E execution could not run in this environment because
Testcontainers could not find a valid Docker daemon.

   Closes #12419
