The nastiest row in the replay matrix is the first one: ip-api answers rate limiting with HTTP 429 and a non-empty body, and it's precisely the CN-side network that gets rate-limited — so the bug fired exactly where the Aliyun mirrors matter most. curl -sf plus the two-letter validation is deliberately boring; any surprise goes to the existing google fallback instead of being trusted as a country. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
