### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `ClusterVO`, the central
cluster row returned by the cluster endpoints.
### Changes
-
`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/cluster/broker/ClusterVOTest.java`
- `builderDefaultsDescribeEmptyCluster`: untouched cluster defaults to
nulls with zero counts.
- `allArgsCarryClusterState`: identity, brokers/nameservers, config and
history round-trip.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=ClusterVOTest` passes (2 tests, all green).
