### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `InstanceVO`, the central
instance row returned by the instance endpoints.
### Changes
-
`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/instance/InstanceVOTest.java`
- `builderDefaultsDescribeFreshInstance`: counters zero, resource counts
available.
- `settersAndBuilderCarryInstanceState`: identity, scope and counters
round-trip.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=InstanceVOTest` passes (2 tests, all green).
