### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `SendMessageVO`, the send
result returned by the topic send endpoint.
### Changes
-
`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/instance/topic/SendMessageVOTest.java`
- `builderDefaultsDescribeEmptySend`: send time zero, ids null.
- `allArgsCarrySendState`: message id, time and commit id round-trip.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=SendMessageVOTest` passes (2 tests, all green).
