### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `ClusterConfigUpdateResultVO`,
the config update result with its status enum and broker lists.
### Changes

`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/cluster/config/ClusterConfigUpdateResultVOTest.java`
- `exposesAllStatusValues`: SUCCESS/PARTIAL/FAILED constants.
- `builderDefaultsDescribeEmptyResult`: status and lists null.
- `allArgsCarryResultState`: partial status with broker lists round-trip.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=ClusterConfigUpdateResultVOTest` passes (3 tests, all
green).
